Naming A Murder Victim – You Choose
Welcome to my January 2017 kick off call where you get to choose the murder victim in my next book.
In the first YouTube video for this year I outline my projects for 2017, upcoming speaking engagements and give you the chance to pick the name of the murder victim in my next financial thriller.
2017 is going to be a big year with the launch of my new website The Short Reads which will appeal to both readers of short crime fiction as well as authors wanting to write short stories. As the site develops I intend on starting a podcast where I’ll interview leading short read authors, book cover designers, editors and so much more.
Right now I’m kicking off my new financial thriller (as yet unnamed ) which will once again test the investigative skills of Detective Jack Creed and Jo Boston-Wright. My initial plotting is coming along well, but I am stuck on choosing a name for my lead character – a non descript, 50 something, Caucasian male who has lead a double life.
Can you choose his name? My murder victim.
I’m going to place the names in a hat and draw the winner on 18 January 2017. The winner will receive a signed copy of the book when it’s published as well as a digital download.
